Jon Stahl is a fun, friendly person, a screenwriter, book author, and producer/director, best known for his films Shooting Fat People (2006), Love Lessons (2005) and Bigger Than You (2011). He recently wrote and directed Teechers, which had its World Premiere at the 2011 Austin Film Festival, where he was also a finalist in AFF’s screenplay contest for his script, “How to Save America Without Really Trying.” Jon was an Academy Nicholl Fellowship quarterfinalist in 2007 and 2010 (for screenwriting) and cracked the top 10% three other times.
His first children’s book, “The End,” will be published by Scholastic in 2018. Wait for it!
